These adorable sheep in sweaters were a gift at least a year ago from my friend Liz. They’ve been lurking on my To Do list, until Ma asked if I’d any projects I needed help with. She was happy to knit these up for me.
They are really quite delightful! The larger sheep measures 13cm x 10cm.
The smaller measures 7cm x 6cm.

I love how each tiny sweater is different from the other.
The look so handsome together. Sheepy sentries making sure all is well with the world.
They sit in my bookcase watching over me as I sew. Catching them out of the corner of my eye makes me smile.
And, of course, they match the decor of the sewing room perfectly!
Ticking UFO’s off the list is so satisfying! As is converting simple materials to things of beauty. My UFO list for things that are not dressmaking and knitting, nor painted wood items, is down to 3 now. I’d love to get them done before Christmas!
I am all over the stash at the moment, be it yarn, fabric or miscellaneous projects. It feels good, although I’ve also purchased fabric so really need to up my game even more!
If you fancy knitting your own sheep in sweaters, these cuties were a kit from Manfield Crafts. They have different designs of cute sweaters on sheep and other animals.

Lucky sheep. I wish I had the patience to knit myself a jumper that special. My cable cardigan has got hidden under crochet projects and I keep catching sight of it and feeling guilty. Perhaps when the weather cools down…..

Cabling is for cooler months for sure! Until then pack it up safely and relax with quilting and crochet!
